I was wondering today how it gets so hard to sometimes express what you feel inside, and in the attempt to put it into words, you end up compromising on them by trying to resort to the most common analogies , like "im depressed" or "im feeling sad" or " i feel lucky" or "i feel wierd" , and you just hope that the person on the other side of the conversation figures out what you are implying. But how often does that happen ? May be never, may be at times or may be at all times.. How do you know ? Well i dont . So to sum it up , i have lost my faith in the laymans language a little. And my faith in writers have gone up. Somehow they just manage to put it all together in the most effortless way. Respect.
This also reminds me of how some languages unlike English , have specific words for expressing some real specific feelings or even events.I wonder how this really changes the way they understand each other , and if anything changes when the same conversation happens in English.Something to think about.Hopefully i will learn korean/french/japanese one day and try and figure this out myself. haha.
