When i was young --- and happier.. :)

A happier version in the same lines starting with the same phrases....begging you to tolerate.again

when i was young i had a great plan
I would grow up ,become a great man
Oh lord,i thank you for this day
and for every day i pray
to you may this joy be forever
i sense you ,youll never let me wither

I stood on the mountain peeking down
Into my village,my beautiful red town
saw my house, among a flurry of men
my country men,and the city garden
The sun blazed on the shrine bell
burning bright now ,like a jewel

Never had war desenced nor shall war descend
here on my soil,i thought i knew...
Until they took em and my kin
Oh god... i thought,"why us why me..."?

woh jo aaj mar gya , mera bhai tha...

The piece just takes you to a high and suddenly nosedives ,to deep pathos. A comparison to alcohol,which initially is soothing ,but then brings along with the hangover ,the next day .

good rhymes
we all think differently when younger. I had a miserable childhood and was never permitted to be a child. It was very sad.

yea i think its sad wen one cannot live their childhood...but then,you ve got ur whole life to live like a child !!
